About the role
Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary George Vowell, located in Mount Eliza, we currently have an opportunity for a Chef Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- A passion for, and previous experience working as a Chef Manager in Aged Care
- Knowledge of the various legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the catering service within the residential care sector.
- Working knowledge of menu planning, ordering, managing stock levels, IDDSI, staff supervision and allergen management.
