Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead food operations in a high-end food and beverage venue in North Dublin. This hands-on role suits a chef with strong leadership skills, excellent food knowledge, and experience managing compliant, high-volume kitchens.

The position is 5 days over 7, with mainly daytime hours and no late nights, offering an excellent work-life balance.
