Our client is a cabin accommodation and restaurant provider with an open air Poolside Bar and Bistro. They are looking for experienced chef's as working as part of their team in food preparation and presentation of meals as required to total customer satisfaction. 

Your Role: 

• Carry out duties in accordance with safety policy, safety principles, corporate values and strategies.
• Preparation of meals to order
• Lead employees by setting a positive example. Instruct and develop apprentices and other kitchen employees
• Contribute to the department with menu ideas and or promotional ideas.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets.
• Ensure strict rotation of food stock and minimum wastage.
