Our client Seamore's Restaurant is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join their team on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Plan menus in consultation with management

·Estimate food and labour costs and order food supplies

·Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

·Prepare and cook food in accordance with menu requirements

·Discuss food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen and waiting staff

·Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on cooking procedures
