Job Overview
As a Sous Chef in our restaurant located in Gujrat, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management and working closely to create and prepare dishes that meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
- Work closely with the Head Chef to create and prepare dishes that meet high standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills and effective communication with kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training program preferred
