About The Role

As we prepare to open the doors to our newest tashas café in Fourways, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef – Grill Line to join our opening culinary team.

Your Mission

You will take ownership of the grill station and ensure every dish leaving your section reflects the quality, precision and care that define tashas.

What You'll Be Doing

Food Preparation & Production

• Prepare and manage the grill station for daily service.
• Cook meats, poultry, seafood and other grilled items according to recipes, specifications and brand standards.
• Ensure all proteins are cooked to the correct temperature, texture and presentation.
• Support mise en place and preparation of ingredients required for service.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, seasoning and plating.
• Monitor ticket times and ensure dishes are delivered promptly and accurately.
