About the Opportunity

The Food Services Department are seeking enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team to provide a range of high-quality food services in a hygienic, cost effective and nutritious manner to the staff and prisoners at the Centre.

Reporting to the Catering Supervisor, the primary objective of a Catering Officer is to supervise prisoner employees. Catering officers work a 14-day roster, in the provision of high-quality food services for the staff and prisoners of Fulham Correctional Centre.
