The Position

:
  • Full time position

  • Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events

  • Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction

  • Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls

  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
  • The Person:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

  • Licence and transport to access site, no public transport

  • Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.

  • Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.

  • Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
