Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.Licence and transport to access site, no public transportProven experience in large commercial kitchens.Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
