Chef

We require Chefs to join our kitchen team in our private Aged Care Facility in Figtree.

A variety of shifts available which will be discussed with the successful applicants. Public holiday loading and weekend penalty rates will be available.

Skills and experience

1. Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery is a must.
2. Aged Care experience is desirable but not necessary.
3. Must be reliable.
4. Food safety certificate required or willing to obtain.
5. Be able to multi task and work well in a team environment and a leadership role.
6. Empathy towards residents and staff.
7. Willing to go the extra mile to produce high quality standard of food and service.
8. Knowledge in texture modified meals (IDDSI) preferred.
