Perfect Recruitment is looking for friendly, reliable and experienced Temporary & Relief Chefs to join our team and support fantastic hospitality venues across the Durham area!
Whether you’re after short-term shifts or ongoing work, we have opportunities that fit around your lifestyle. We need chefs who can step in confidently, keep standards high, and work well in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
We’re hiring for:
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef
- Head Chef
You’ll work across a great mix of settings — from restaurants and hotels to events and high-volume catering operations.

- Solid kitchen experience at CDP level or higher
