Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich – Chef de Rang – Fine Dining

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department in Zurich, the Chef de Rang – Fine Dining is responsible for assisting the Orsini team to always provide impeccable service to guests. The position reports to the Restaurant Supervisors and the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Professional advice and customer care for our guests
  • Professional serving of food and drinks
  • Complying with our high‑quality standards
  • Preparing the required mise‑en‑place, covering and cleaning work in the restaurant area
  • Supporting superiors in their daily tasks
