Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager, you will ensure the highest of standards are in place and a professional service at all times in our dining areas.
• Provide a memorable customer experience.
• Assist with the day to day running of the department and deputising in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
