We are a busy, highly reputable and innovative gastro pub on the outskirt of Cork City.


We are looking for a professional and experienced Chef de Partie to join our enthusiastic team.

To work alongside Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.

 

Ensure all kitchen systems are in place and continuously being adhered to, these include

O Food safety & hygiene

O Health Safety (HACCAP)

O Safe food

O Clean kitchen
