Chef De Partie | Springvale

We are looking for a talented and passionate Casual Chef De Partie to join the PLG team at Highways in Springvale. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a designated kitchen section, supervise junior staff, and assist the team with menu development.

Highways is located in the hub of suburban south-east Melbourne on the perimeter of Sportsbet Sandown Racecourse. Featuring a family friendly bistro with a designated kids play area, great service and a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experiences for all to enjoy.
