Job Description Control and direct the korean cuisine food preparation process. Preparation, assembling and cooking of korean dishes. Manage the inventory and ordering of stock as needed. Manage and train cooks working with you. Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes. Ensure you and your team possess high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety rules. Monitor portion and waste control to ensure profitability. Portioning and plating of dishes are accurate and attractive. Wastage is at the minimum and profit margins are maintained. Job Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience. Able to work effectively in a teamenvironment. Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment. Committed and passionate. Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
