  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock control and daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
