- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with stock control and daily kitchen operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CDP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
