The Pembroke Arms
sits right in the heart of Wilton. Nine bedrooms upstairs, a proper bar and
dining room downstairs, and a great garden outside.

There's no fuss to
the place — the Monday quiz is iconic, plus a garden for the warmer month. It
feels like Wilton's living room, and we like it that way.

Food-wise, the
dough is the thing to know about — every Nole pizza starts with dough made
here, on site, every day!

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking proper food, take pride in the
details and want to keep learning, you’ll fit in well here. You’ll work closely
with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to deliver consistent, honest food
while building your own skills along the way.
