  • Run your own section during prep and service

  • Prepare fresh dishes to a consistently high standard

  • Work with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients

  • Support menu development and daily specials

  • Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food
  • What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up

  • Fresh food experience in a busy kitchen

  • Organised, reliable, and a team player
