Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with luxury lodge standards
  • Support kitchen operations and food service delivery
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing junior staff
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Contribute to menu planning and presentation detail
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
  • Monitor food trends and support menu innovation
  • Ensure compliance with dietary, cultural, and religious requirements
  • Assist in implementing SOPs and kitchen administration
  • Live-in position

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a five-star kitchen environment
  • Formal culinary qualification and food hygiene certification
  • Strong multitasking ability and ability to perform under pressure
