Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with luxury lodge standards
- Support kitchen operations and food service delivery
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing junior staff
- Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Contribute to menu planning and presentation detail
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Monitor food trends and support menu innovation
- Ensure compliance with dietary, cultural, and religious requirements
- Assist in implementing SOPs and kitchen administration
- Live-in position
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a five-star kitchen environment
- Formal culinary qualification and food hygiene certification
- Strong multitasking ability and ability to perform under pressure
