Amaken is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a reputable fine dining Lebanese restaurant in Riyadh, with a focus on the cold kitchen.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern kitchen.
• Proven expertise in Lebanese cold mezze, traditional ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a quality-driven kitchen environment.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
