This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie, based in Pune. The Chef De Partie will oversee and manage specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring food preparation and presentation standards are met. Responsibilities also include maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, assisting in menu planning, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. Collaboration with other chefs and efficient time management will be key components of daily operations.
