Job Description

The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring excellent taste, texture, and presentation at all times. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The Chef de Partie works collaboratively with fellow chefs, supervisors, and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and achieve overall guest satisfaction.


Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Course in Culinary Science, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in the same role within the baking and food & beverage industry
