Job Description
Main Responsibilities
. To assist Sous Chef/Executive Chef in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the Kitchen.
. Prepare and execute orders according to standard recipes
. Ensure adequate mise en place at all times
. Ensure consistency of quality of food.
. Ensure food orders execute are in an efficient and timely manner
. Ensure all team members observe and practice relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
. Maintain a positive and close relationship with the team.
Job Requirements:
. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
. Minimum 3 years' experience in culinary field preferably in Hotel Industry or at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
. Excellent use of various cooking methods,
. Good interpersonal skills
. Perform rotating shifts required.
