Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie for one of our clients based in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.

Your main responsibility is to be in charge of a specific section in the kitchen, overseeing its operations and ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet quality standards.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Be flexible to work a variety of different shifts including mornings evenings and weekends.

  • A competitive salary of €33,000- €36,000 depending on experience.

  • Meals on duty.
