Salary: £36,500 per year

We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the team at a busy venue, a well-regarded countryside pub known for its high-quality, seasonal food and welcoming atmosphere.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in delivering consistently high standards and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running and maintaining your section to a high standard
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with attention to detail
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
  • Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution
