The 4-star Maritime Hotel, is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

With 120 bedrooms, a busy food and beverage offering through the Ocean Restaurant, Maritime Bar, and Windward Banqueting Suite, we’re a hub for locals and visitors alike—especially during family celebrations, special occasions, and seasonal events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is looking to work in a positive, team-driven environment under an experienced Head Chef.
