Company Description: Rainforest Athirapally is a luxury resort set within seven acres of pristine rainforest, in Athirapally, Kerala.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in professional kitchens.
  • At least 1–2 years handling a kitchen section independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise an assigned kitchen section.
  • Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Plan daily mise en place and allocate work to junior staff.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise Commis chefs.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
  • Maintain food cost, portion control, and wastage targets.
  • Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are implemented.
