Overview

The Chef De Partie for the cold kitchen is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, focusing on preparing and executing cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the cold kitchen section.
  • Ensure that all food prepared in the cold kitchen meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
