The role of Chef de Partie:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations
