About Us
Gemcole Pty Ltd (trading as The Cambridge Hotel / Cessnock Hotel) is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen teams on a full-time basis.
We operate a bar, bistro, gaming facilities, and accommodation seven days a week, with peak trading periods during weekends, major Hunter Valley events, and school holidays.
