  • Responsible person for the kitchen operations and scheduling and filling in of all required documents and records. Everything that goes out of the kitchen is the full responsibility of the Chef De Partie .The CDP will also fill in for or assist the DCDP ,Line Cook when needed and he is directly in charge of day-to-day management and production in the kitchen. all the given tasks and to be able to maintain complete control of the kitchen at all times, under the general guidance and supervision of the Head chef in coordination with the Operations Manager.
