OSM Thome Recruitment is now hiring Chef De Parties (CDPs) on behalf of Carnival Cruise Line.
As a key member of this Culinary Team, you’ll take pride in creating exceptional dining experiences at sea. CDPs are culinary professionals who ensure the highest food standards, presentation, and consistency while mentoring junior cooks and supporting smooth galley operations.
**Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Oversee daily food preparation and service in your assigned galley section.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Chef and Sous Chef to plan and analyze daily operations.
- Support and train junior culinary staff to ensure seamless teamwork.
- Manage food delivery requisitions, control wastage, and monitor food costs within budget.
