5* Boutique Beach Hotel in Ballito is looking for a professional & experienced Chef de Partie. The Chef de Partie is required to handle kitchen duties allocated by the Senior Chefs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our Brand standards are always upheld.
- Optimize our brand through your culinary skills.
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating food cost effectively and on an ongoing basis.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment.
- Menu adherence and production of the menus set out.
- Safe hygiene & safety practices in the kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Keep up to date with international culinary trends.
Qualifications
- Grade 12.
- A formal culinary qualification.
- Proven culinary experience.
