5* Boutique Beach Hotel in Ballito is looking for a professional & experienced Chef de Partie. The Chef de Partie is required to handle kitchen duties allocated by the Senior Chefs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our Brand standards are always upheld.
• Optimize our brand through your culinary skills.
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
• Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating food cost effectively and on an ongoing basis.
• Operate and maintain all department equipment.
• Menu adherence and production of the menus set out.
• Safe hygiene & safety practices in the kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Keep up to date with international culinary trends.
