Position Summary

Chef de Cuisine – Lakeside Dining demonstrates culinary expertise by personally performing kitchen tasks while leading staff and driving the overall success of culinary operations across the Lakeside Dining Room, Lounge, Boardwalk, and Banquets. The ideal candidate is creative, knowledgeable of industry trends, and has several years of experience in an upscale environment. They continually work to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Must be goal‑oriented, service inclined, and capable of leading and inspiring culinary talent.
