Job Description

Responsible for the prompt preparation of all food items in the store in strict accordance with company standards.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  1. 1. Prepare and cook all food items based on the menu/list;
  2. 2. Observe proper sanitation in food handling/preparation;
  3. 3. Ensure close monitoring of food supplies/inventories;
  4. 4. Monitor and control food costs, spoilages, wastages and spillages;
  5. 6. Assist superior in menu planning/costing and purchasing activities;
  6. 7. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen premise at all times;
  7. 8. Assist in the maintenance of proper sanitation, safety and hygiene habits in the workplace, implement HACCP plans accordingly;
  8. 9. Perform other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
