Our winery restaurant located in Orange NSW is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef and Cook to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards and overseeing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and quality standards.
  2. Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and food quality.
  3. Assist with menu planning, including seasonal menu updates, while maintaining cost control.
  4. Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation.
