• Looking for a highly experienced Halwai with strong expertise in traditional Indian sweets

• Must have hands-on experience in both North Indian and South Indian sweets

• Candidate should have worked in a reputed/famous sweet shop

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of North Indian sweets (laddu, barfi, peda, jalebi, etc.)

• Prepare South Indian sweets (Mysore Pak, Adhirasam, Kesari, etc.)

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Handle bulk production during festivals and high-demand periods

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff

• Manage proper storage and usage of raw materials
