Under the direction of the Chef Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the food we make to order is produced to a high standard of quality. This varied and creative role also involves assisting the Chef Manager in planning our menus and food provision, taking into account allergen constraints and equipment availability.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Carry out all catering activities under the direction of the Chef Manager/Chef Supervisor
  • Ensure all food is produced on time to the required quality standards
  • Ensure all incoming raw materials and packaging delivered is in accordance with specifications and stored in the correct areas of the site
  • Ensure kitchen facilities and all equipment are cleaned in accordance with the prescribed method and to the correct schedule
