We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Chef to lead/support our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and team coordination. This is a full-time, ongoing position with long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Menu & Dish Creation: Planning, designing, and pricing innovative menus and daily specials, ensuring food cost targets are met.
  2. Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing, seasoning, and cooking high-quality dishes, including signature sauces, meats, seafood, and dietary-specific meals.
  3. Kitchen Management: Monitoring and ordering kitchen supplies, managing inventory, and estimating food and labor requirements.
