Chef
Belfast • 40 hours per week (includes some weekends)
Purpose of the role
As a Chef you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high‑quality food while adhering to safety standards. You will manage on‑shift kitchen operations, supervise and train staff, develop menus, oversee kitchen budget and ensure compliance with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
