About the Role
Wests Mayfield is on the lookout for a passionate Casual Chef  to join our friendly and talented catering team.

You’ll work across our popular Bistro and the much-loved Texas Grill Restaurant, where the menu is bursting with flavour - from slow-smoked ribs and wings to prime-grade steaks, burgers, pizzas, and classic sides (not to mention desserts!). Our Bistro offers all the club favourites plus weekly specials that keep things fresh and exciting.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and serving high-quality meals with care and consistency. 
  • Completing prep sheets and ensuring all food is stored to hygiene standards.
  • Assisting other sections during busy service periods.
  • Setting up and closing service areas.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Disposing of waste safely and appropriately.
