1. Plan, prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
2. Develop and introduce new menu items in consultation with management.
3. Supervise food preparation and cooking activities to ensure consistency and quality.
4. Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control and kitchen productivity.
