Job Summary

Ensure all the steps are completed for strapping the 640# boxes.

Essential Functions

  • Fill sprayer with Delvocid solution and complete Delvocid log when needed.

  • Be sure press board, 6 springs, top board and top iron are on cheese.

  • Be sure of white card stock on each side of the box for a label to stick to.

  • Complete delvocid tracking logs and other logsheets when needed.

  • Operate HMI and basic knowledge of the track system.

  • Place two straps on cheese block (use metal strap on Kraft) The bands should be at least 5 apart and at least 7 from the edge of the box.

  • Position blocks on scale and place label on block: one label on top and one label on each wide side.

  • Ensure boxes don't sit in one place for too long, to prevent a jam.

  • Fix any jams in your area and keep inverter in working order.
