We are presently recruiting for an experienced Checkout Supervisor for one of our clients based in West Dublin.

As a Checkout Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the checkout area, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the checkout team. The role involves supervising daily activities, training staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.


Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of experience, preferably in a similar setting.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed, including accurate cash drawer reconciliations and bank deposits.
