Responsible for recruiting and operating Colombian agency, resolving guild issues, refining agency requirements, and providing related services to agencies.

User operation: Actively engage and follow up with male/female users, fulfill user operation management needs through maintaining good communication and implementing operational/incentive policies.

Collaborate with the team to execute on-ground activities, track activity effectiveness, and achieve corresponding targets.

Assist the team in conducting competitive analysis/user research and other related tasks.

Assist in monitoring various data and conducting data analysis; responsible for some translation work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Previous experience in the entertainment industry or guild-related fields is a bonus, especially if you have local agency connections.
