Job Description

The Chatter Online Sales is responsible for providing customer service and sales through pages and/or CRM systems (auxiliary) for models, focusing on engagement, reputation, conversion, and customer relationship management. The role involves offering products, resolving customer doubts, and guiding the client until the purchase is finalized, with a focus on conversion, satisfaction, and loyalty. 

 

What you will do: 

  • Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.
  • Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.
  • Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
  • Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.
