Job Overview

We are looking for a Chatbot Builder – Client Implementation to join our team and help design, build, and implement conversational solutions for our clients.

This role is highly hands‑on , especially during the first months. You will be responsible for configuring chatbot flows, translating recruitment processes into structured conversational logic, testing solutions, and iterating based on feedback.

You will also work directly with international clients in English , gradually increasing your client‑facing responsibilities as you gain context and confidence. This role is ideal for someone with early client experience who enjoys execution work and wants to grow into a more consultative position over time.
