What will you do?

Maintain and enhance chatbot & voicebot solutions in production

Optimize conversational flows, intents and integrations

Analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues

Implement new business requirements

Work closely with Product Owners, Conversation Designers & DevOps

Ensure scalability and stability of AI solutions

What are we looking for?

2–3 years of experience developing chatbots (Cognigy as main platform)

Experience in maintenance & support environments

Strong knowledge of NLU conce...
