Job Description
The Chatbot & Automation Assistant will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our AI-powered chatbot. This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, operations, and customer experience.
You will help ensure that the chatbot delivers accurate, helpful, and reliable responses by assisting in maintaining its knowledge base, monitoring performance, improving workflows, and implementing automation strategies. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and a passion for AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Chatbot Management: Maintain and update the chatbot's knowledge base, prompts, workflows, and response logic.
-Content & Knowledge Operations: Curate, organize, and validate chatbot training data, FAQs, documentation, and internal resources.
