Tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, maintaining clear and effective communication, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional duties may involve documentation and assisting with basic administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to maintain accurate records and manage routine tasks efficiently
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance with a focus on organization and efficiency
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
